Dynamic Duo of EVIL

Why haven't these two teamed up yet??! They're both evil scientists, they have awesome outfits, crazy hair, and are constantly getting their butts handed to them by animals. This partnership was meant to be. SEGA, Radical Entertainment, I hope you see this and get an idea for a new video game!
